This session will provide a review of state laws allowing recreational and/or medical marijuana usage and how such usage impacts workplace policies.  After this session, attendees will be able to define potential pitfalls for employers operating in states that allow for recreational and medical marijuana usage, including multi-state employers operating in states with differing usage laws and how such employers can/should structure their workplace policies accordingly.
